Just thought I’d drop a note about a new site I found, called Easy App Reviews. This site makes it a lot easier to submit my new apps to a ton of review sites all at one time. Check it out if your sick of doing the marketing stuff like I am. Also, found a cool site with some neat articles on iPhone stuff in general, called the iFone Place. They’ve got some cool articles about iPhone Stuff.
I hate doing the marketing…
January 29th, 2010palmReader is #1 in 5 countries!
August 31st, 2009So I found an online tool called applyzer.com which you can subscribe to (really cheap though) to see all sorts of charts and ratings on your apps in the app store. They pull the top 1000 apps in all categories in all countries daily and if your apps fall into the top 1000 you can see how they’re doing.
I’ve been watching palmReader and palmReader Lite lately on applyzer.com, and was amazed to see over the last week that both of these apps made it into the top coveted #1 spot of all free and paid apps, respectively, in 5 different countries. So, we’re number one in India, Pakistan, Greece, Romania, and Singapore. We held the #1 spot for about a week, and now we seem to be dropping back down. These countries of course do not do the volume of the US, so we’re not getting rich at all, but it’s still pretty cool to see that someone out there appreciates our product.
palmReader Lite Released and doing well
August 31st, 2009We released a Lite (free) version of palmReader about 3 weeks ago and it’s been doing really well. In addition to the lite version doing well, it has also increased the sales of the full version significantly. So now both palmReader and PalmReader Lite are climbing the charts.
Mystic Bones just got reviewed on theapppodcast.com
April 24th, 2009Jerad Hill over at The App Pod Cast site did a video review of Mystic Bones. He seemed to like it and encouraged people to buy it. He gave it 5 stars (because it kept giving him good fortunes). Check out the video here theapppodcast.com to see it in action on his review.

Easter Comes to the iPhone
April 1st, 2009Just in time for Easter, our new game has been approved on the app store. Easter Egg Huntz. The game is basically a remodeled version of our previous Lucky Clover game. We wanted to get something out there in time for the holiday and this seemed to be the quickest way to go. Despite all that, the game is still fun and people seem to enjoy it. So if you want an Easter themed game for your iPhone, or just a cool game to entertain the kids, check out our new Easter Egg Huntz.
Stack-Um is now available and ready for sale on the AppStore!

Submitted Mystic Bones to the app store
March 27th, 2009We submitted “Mystic Bones” to the app store today. I’m really excited about this one. It allows you to toss 3D voodoo (Witch Doctor) style bones into the dirt, then tells you your fortune based on the toss. The look and feel to the 3D bones are really nice, it’s fun to do and I have a good feeling about how well it will do on the app store. Look for this one to be ready for sale in about 5 days. But you can check out the screen shots now our our product page - click here.
Soon to have 5 apps on the App Store!
March 23rd, 2009I just submitted my 5th app to the app store today. Three are already approved and selling, while two are still in Review Status with Apple for now. They should all be available within a few more days. Check our Products page to see more details.
- palmReader, iPlinko, Stack-Um, LuckyClover, and Easter Egg Huntz
If you have to just download one though, I’d suggest iPlinko (it’s my fav, followed by Stack-Um).
Running with Unity3D!
March 23rd, 2009iCOOLgeeks has ventured out into the world of 3D games for the iPhone. We’ve found a great 3D development engine with iPhone plugins. It’s called Unity3D (www.unity3d.com). Clever Coding, another local iPhone development firm has had some great success with a game they created using this engine. Their game Paper Pilot has been featured on the iTunes home site. Luckily I was able to participate in some training that was puton by Clever Coding and Izatt International for Unity3D. The training was great. I’ve since created and published several simple puzzle style games. Hopefully, we’ll see some success with them soon.
